Saying and doing are two different things. This dude may have had good intentions but his logistics are fukked. You can’t operate a facility that size on a yearly budget! You have to forecast and acquire funding for at least 3-5 years. Most people who know contracting knows this but his fukking ego buried him before he began. He is a clown

He was definitely for his people but knew how to play the game when it came to politicians and the private sector whom he needed to help create this infrastructure
