It would cost 5 mil to get that place in shape and up to code, and that's before a single student stepped foot on campus. Insurance for students and employees, annual costs to keep the place open, etc.

There's plenty of schools out there to be bought that wasn't the problem, there wasn't ever any real plan.

There's a pan Afrikan school down here that isn't much more than a renovated house in the hood, but they've been doing it for decades and have a verifiable track record of success

If Seti's plan was to attack Umar's ego to make him go off like he did, he did wonderfully. Seti didn't even need to do a "debate", he stole a W by provoking Umar's meltdown and making him go out of character. Seti has ammo for DAYS on Umar now.
