He traveled to some properties that were for sale and said he was in talks to get the properties
The reason he does this is cause it keeps the hustle ongoing cause folks think he's "really gonna do it this time"

You dont have to pay for the entire cost of a property cash in hand
You can finance things. Umar knows this but he keeps on telling folks he needs a million or half a milli so he can get his hands on some cash right now
Breh doesn't have the right intentions. Even if he plans to buy or open a school, the ends dont justify the means. If hes gonna lie to and scam the people to get there, then its not worth it.
He knows what he's doing and he has to think that our ppl are fools to continue to lie so openly and think that he can get away with it.
