Playing with Dallas has exposed Dez to enough close losses to know when another one slipped away. Everyone has their breaking point when it comes to losing. Some players sit and sulk on the bench looking sad. Others may cry. Dez got angry. I would too.
To entertain the notion that Dallas still had a chance to win with 12 seconds left is a moot point. He was angry because they should've have been in that position in the first place.

The fact that they label it a temper tantrum puts it in the wrong spectrum. Kids and babies throw tantrums, adults argue and have heated discussions and show anger. To me using the word tantrum is disrespect, and as far as Dez wanting to compete against megaton, F yards and catches, Dez had 12 points and Johnson had 6.
