I get your point but 54 isn't old for coaching..some of these white coaches look older than what they are..
As an example Dawn S. is older than Mike by a year..and we all believe she can coach for another 12-15 years if she wanted to and still considered young/entering her prime in the coaching game..

I’ve already made the connections…former UNC All American Doug Moe WAS the all time winningest coach in Nuggets history until Malone took that spot. He’s a New Yorker like Frank McGuire our first great coach, who then recommended Dean Smith. The “Jordan Rules”…that was Michael Malone’s father. It’s all there AND he has blood in the University?
