Randy needed QBs with cannons to be effective, T.O. didn't

So that's the new plea we are gonna cop for TO having the superior QBs throughout is career? Brady has a cannon now? If he did he'd have 7 rings and Moss would have at least 1 and one of the plays of SB history and this entire discussion would be rendered moot.

People always talk about TO locker room reputation but ignore how Moss got traded for a bag of donuts multiple times cause teams always got sick of him.
Even Belicheck dumped his ass instead of paying him and that was a situation where Moss actually tried. Moss effort on some teams was damn near inexcusable especially considering he was still under 32/33 just flat out giving up on teams.
TO beef was always against the "establishment", ain't multiples stories about TO shytting on black service workers like it is about Moss c00n ass

Randall's arm strength was still elite in Minnesota

People sound like casuals talking about Randall being old, first of all he was only 35 that's younger than Aaron Rodgers is now. It's not like he was 45 or something.
And his skill set matched perfectly with what Moss did well.

I always liked TO but he became the goat after he came back to play in that super bowl.

That’s what really put rating players by if they win chips in perspective. If my mind serves me right he was the best player on that team, hell the field.

That was a 67 yard pass b. You’re asking a lot on that one lol.

T.O. was arguably the most complete receiver to ever play the game. Dude could do it all.

Randy was one dimensional. He couldn't block & he hated going across the middle.

If you forced him into playing a physical game he would mentally check out and start giving up on routes.

Dude cost his team games because of that shyt.

Moss only ran one route
TO>>>>

What int he hell fellas???

C'mon - The Coli has a good sports section. Don't come in here talking barbershop nonsense.

Randy Moss wouldn't put up the number of catches, yards and TDs running ONE ROUTE, I mean I almost want to jump through my screen and slap you both lol.

That's the laziest form of internet posting I have ever seen because it is not 2006, it's 2020. You know this is not true, or you do not know ANYTHING about football, both of these are bad.

All jokes aside - Both of you watch this, and come with a real football argument to refute this "across the middle" talking point - don't be lazy either, actually give a real take:

When it comes to T.O. or Moss their isn't a wrong answer IMO. You don't have to shyt on one to praise the other my goodness lol

Moss was better.

I would take TO to build a team with.

There's a difference. Sometimes the best, isn't the best for your team. And I know you could argue this for TO, but he never took off on the field. I would just manage his locker room bullshyt to the best of my ability.

If Moss never took seasons off, this wouldn't be a stat question this would be a tangibles question.
