You don't understand. Before Nike got big Addias was king of the shoe and sports apparel world (except in Basketball where Converse reigned). It wasn't until Nike got Jordan on their brand that they sky rocketed to the top. Right now UA is in position to do what Nike did in the 80's by high 2 mega-popular sport stars in Curry and Cam. But they have to strike while the iron is hot. Like others in this thread said, UA needs to flood the media with Curry and Cam ads while those 2 are as popular as they are. You saying we won't be alive to see it, but Nike took the crowns from Converse and Addias in only 5 years just because of Jordan. UA has TWO stars that are on the same popularity level Jordan was in the late 80s.

I'll give you Curry but Cam? On the same popularity level as Jordan? Not yet. Not after one good season. And with the way cacs be hating on him, I question if that will ever truly happen.

Exactly. Its weird but even after Cam won MVP and the tweet about UA having all 4 MVPs went viral, I saw people still clowning UA products.

They probably not ever gonna overtake Nike but they should be using this time to really take advantage of the Cam/Curry hype.

Nike at one time was a laughing stock when compared to converse. Jordan changed all that. Curry and Newton have the power to make UA as big as Nike, if not greater.
