What's the note on a $100,000 car? :picard: Got to be 1500$ with these interest rates.

I mean, I see a lot new Escalades and other 100k vehicles all around DC of course. I make good money, a good bit over 6 figures. I've been having the car itch for a while. I've had my Maxima almost 7 years, it's been great, but I'm ready to stunt and shine again, but some reason, I'm having a hard time thinking about purchasing a car for over 50k to be honest. I have an old van too. I've had 2 vehicles for a while, so I'm the type to get 2 vehicles (maybe 65k and 35k) over getting one 100k car.

Be able to pay in cash if it's a keeper or comfortably afford a lease like a regular breh paying $300/month level of comfortable.

I sold numerous home audio systems for $100k or more, and hardly any of those customers would be considered rich on this board. Dudes simply saved up for their dream system. I don't see why buying a $100k car would be any different. Everything doesn't have to be financed. We offered no financing at the Hi-Fi store I worked at. So it even easier for someone to save up $50k over 5 years, then finance the rest of the car.

Not a flex post but I actually drive an 80K truck right now. That’s not that far off 100K.

Even the barebones entry level trims running 40K to 50K or more now.

Everybody isn’t trying to drive a 2001 Toyota Corolla like most of the Coli brehs.

That being said though vehicles are a terrible investment. They depreciate like shyt unless you driving it for 10-12 years or more, paying it off, putting 400K miles on it you’re never going to get your money out of a brand 60K-100K vehicle.

I like nice riding in something nice so I buy what I know I can afford without it causing to much strain on my household bills.

I would need to have millions before I would feel comfortable doing something like that.

If I can afford to pay for the upkeep. Its a car, if 2 years in you think you desperately need the cash you can easily just sel it. Yeah you'll take a loss but the whole point of working hard and earning money is so you can have nice things.
