That's not what I said. I said in Chicago and other cities where black on black gun violence is out of control, police should stop and frisk those black men who meet a certain profile and if that person is found in possession of an illegal firearm, they go to jail for a mandatory minimum of ten years. But you keep thinking Stop The Violence rallies will end the carnage that is killing our own people. Keep blaming the white man.
