:gucci: How does he flat out lie like this when he was directly responsible for DDP looking like a loser, and how does he say that knowing that Booker T was basically broken down then built back up in the way the WWE wanted to present him????

but you see, he made a good point about Booker T, where are your sources that he was responsible for DDPs run, if I recall DDP was just beginning to rise in WWE stardom after Wrestlemania 18 but injuries basically ended his career

I mean he’s wrong, but he’s the only person who can actually be wrong about this and still be right if that makes sense

I mean Vince told this dude to go out there and pretend to be a zombie and he became a Hall of Famer

Takers boy Nash has said the exact opposite. If WWE was low on star power, I agree with what hes saying, it wouldnt make sense, but WWF was so hot at the time with so many big stars that they could afford to bury a guy like DDP or Bagwell, who's really just another over guy on that roster and not a superstar.

They definitely buried DDP, I'd guess part of that was his age. I think they were trying with Goldberg and it kind of worked, but those programs with the Rock and Jericho where they look like clever/funny heels weren't a good way to introduce him.

He's confident of saying this now knowing that he wasn't selected as the The Gobbledy Gooker

My sources would be actually watching in real time when not a single time did DDP ever get the upper hand with Taker during their feud in any way. He beat DDP all over the arena at KOTR 2001, and DDP was pinned by Taker’s ex-wife, and there’s multiple other examples. You have no idea what you’re talking about.

In the mind of Vince he wouldn't view DDP and Bagwell in the same vein as Sting and Goldberg.

And Booker T has always been a good hand

Its WWE they always find a way to reinvent and push a wrestler, DDP got a W over Christian at Wrestlemania cause DDP was over aF at that time. Injuries ended his career
He wasn't getting over Taker like most wrestlers didnt get over Taker

Yea I saw this before and UT was flagrantly misrepresenting things. WWE got the largest sudden talent infusion EVER and had zero desire to push most of them. Booker T alone should have lived with his feet up in the title picture. DDP was the definition of a babyface and WWE shot his ass from jump. A lot of those guys were cursed from the beginning so Sting ended up making the right decision. He risked just being another guy if he went over.

There’s no way you actually watched the entirety of the Invasion storyline and original Brand Extension and are parading this as a positive. One of WCW’s top 5 stars out of the purchase was totally embarrassed and broken down by the booking, then built back up for a European title feud with a tantrum throwing Christian. Please stop this nonsense :mjlol:
