I understand it's necessary not to blow the whistle on every single call for game flow purposes, so I'm not complianing, just making observations.
3 Seconds is probably the the most obvious one. I swear the opposing team gotta complain before this is called. You might see a big camped in the lane for like 5 seconds, then somebody on the other team or from the coaching staff will yell 3 seonds
Then a second later the ref will blow the whistle 
Lane Violation: The offensive holding of the NBA. Probably happens damn near every free throw attempt.
There is a rule that you have a certain amount of time to shoot a free throw. I think it's 10 seconds. It rarely gets called. Karl Malone was notorious for this. I remember seeing it called on him a few times when I was growing up. I haven't seen this called in years.
Illegal screen: Gets called all the time, but could be called much more.

He certainly isn't the only one. Carrying definitely doesn't get enforced like it once did. Cats like AI, Francis, and Marbury would've been eatin players alive if they were playing in the NBA today. They were shuttin their handles down back then. A lot of that might've had to do with the popularity of And 1 back then tho and cacs not wantin that style of play to infiltrate the game...
