It doesn't matter. None of the mods have the power to permaban anymore. I was just curious to see what kind of proof he would post if he actually goes through with it.
Most posters just use the ban bet tactic in hopes you will back down. Its an indicator that they don't want to prove they're black more than anything.

Hex mentioned before that only super mods or brook or whatever can perma ban and none of them are active anymore.
