2nd Favorite game this year after Re:Fantazio. Been asking for an Ogre Battle influenced modernized game. Glad to see Vanillaware shining. We need more bespoke lower-mid level game companies.
Vanillaware is a treasure in the industry
Their business model of going broke releasing every game and using sales to fully fund the next one, scares me lol
Each one has been successful, up until now. I really hope they stick around forever...Sega had a great year and been on a roll, I hope they look out for them

I think the success of this game will allow them to fund other projects more comfortably.
Definitely, this one seems like their biggest hit
They also don't do sequels but I want more of this game and would instantly cop a sequel or DLC

That "no sequels" ish is killing me. I've wanted a Dragon's Crown sequel since I completed it, and now they dropped this gem, and I NEED a sequel.
Agreed, that one would benefit from modern QoL and the more recent beat em up renaissance
13 Sentinels is batshyt crazy and the story is mostly contained but I'd love to go back to that world with different gameplay
