He was arrested yesterday in Altoona, Pa., ending a weeklong manhunt across the Northeast.
NY is charging him with second degree murder. Hes getting off light if you ask me.

Maybe Southern District has some creative way to charge this. Traveling interstate for the purpose of a homicide. Manhattan DA's office is the best in the country, or close, but the feds usually can do everything easier than the state. They move quicker in some cases and streamline things.
