Day 4, trail gotta be cold as ice. Dude is probably in his safe house eating his preferred meal and laughing at the coverage.
I hate to say it since it's unpopular but it's not a matter of if but when he'll be caught, he's been either very smart or lucky for now. The greyhound thing has been the most genius part of his plan.
