Right....and the question posed is moot anyway. SYG laws explicitly state that someone doesnt have to retreat, and are allowed to pursue a confrontation. Its why Zimmerman was granted the legal ability to stalk and harass Trayvon while armed with a loaded weapon. Under the SYG standard, one shouldnt ask "why did she grab a weapon and return to the scene". The law allows it.

This is the same scenario that sunk Dunn, stand your ground all you want. But don't endanger the lives of others when you are standing your ground. Shyne will tell you about it...

I can't even stomach Giles actions, he is shooting and innocent bystanders gets hit with bullet fragments. He deserved his fate.
