What exactly is wrong with women walking around topless? A lot of indigenous women in South American and Africa do it.

Exactly. Take public breastfeeding for example. I still do not see why Americans freakout over it. Growing in in Nigeria, women would whip out their breasts in public and breastfeed their babies and no one would bat an eye.
