And you think the rules for the dress code includes a minimum age?They were flying on a heavily subsidized ticket provided for staff...so yes you do owe the company some consideration...If im hosting a formal black tie dinner and you bring a friend in a tank top and T shirt i can tell him to bounce.If im feeding you and entertaining you for free you could at least find a tie.
BTW I saw nothing saying the dad was on a Buddy pass...maybe he copped his with cash or credit card miles.
