the side effects of the covid vaccine wasn't hidden, we knew actual covid was worse.

antivaxxers ranted about the vaccine and myocarditis but ignored the fact that covid increased your chances of getting myocarditis many more times than the vaccine did.

its fake bro. something something liberal media :troll:

:dahell: And he rep Flint. I'm honestly shocked, that's why I asked if he black.

Indeed, so if there is someone that would have reason to be distrustful of a system it would be me. The fact that I am not concerning the FDA drug approval process should warrant a second look.

I am VERY distrustful of other systems.

I am referring to the legal and regulatory framework regarding clinical studies.

Check the NIH Revitilization Act of 1993
21st Century Cures Act
FDA Draft Diversity Plan Guidance
2023 Federal Budget Bill
:jbhmm: Why was that "voluntary" initiative even necessary if it was already covered?

You’re literally doing the thing I posted about. :snoop:

Nope… You’re literally part of the problem… it is literally the establishment’s responsibility to assuage the fears of the general public via proper info and education about said new drug….. not using verbal browbeating or condescending rhetoric to shame a group into accepting something they are reluctant to

The kirk to the fields
I have no issue with vaccines at all. My issue is with people getting called stupid or dumb for not choosing to take a vaccine. Personally, I’m not calling anyone stupid or dumb for their choice to take a vaccine, so I don’t want anyone questioning my intelligence when making my decision. You don’t have to fully trust what the government is telling you, and you have the right to and should make your own decisions.

With Covid, it was too politicized. Someone saying they didn’t trust the vaccine or had concerns, were automatically lumped into some Trump supporting maga category. In reality, plenty of people had questions or concerns, and or chose not to take the vaccine and did not support Trump at all. My main issue with this vaccine shyt is, when folks start personally attacking folks intelligence

But I distinctly remember they themselves were bringing politics into it.

The anti-vaccine crowd were also calling people "sheep" and insulting people's intelligence for supporting the vaccine.

It wasn't a one-sided attack like you're making it out to be.

This reminds me of Covid. When people have simple, and normal concerns. But people in support of the vaccine were so holier than thou and liked to look down on people who didn’t blindly take the vaccine. Whats more weird, wanting to know more and asking questions about potential side effects, or just injecting some shyt in your body without looking into it and asking questions?
You are acting like anti vaxxers weren't saying we would all be dead or disabled by now from taking the vaccine

It was an initiative to promote DEI and to provide education to drug companies and professionals. It helped, there's no denying that. Also, some goals of Project Equity have already been included in the Omnibus bill (can't remember off the top, I'd have to go back to my notes and I'm not at home).

It's a reinforcement of the laws already in place basically. There's a law against driving without a seat belt in Michigan, Project Equity is like ok... how do we ensure that people are wearing seat belts rather than just implementing consequences for when they don't.

It's still there working behind the scenes, the previous administration, for all its flaws, did some really great things in the healthcare field.

Exactly.

Side effects :mjlol: cancer treatment now is fukking poison! Like come on breh!

Yep, I have had multiple people in the family die of cancer after the medical care made it a worse experience for them.

Anymore questions?

Yes. What medical care is what you’d consider a worse experience than cancer itself?

Actually never mind. You started out with this concern trolling bullshyt and now you’re doing bad faith arguments.

Who the fukk goes into a thread about a cancer treatment breakthrough with “couldn’t be me” statements?

I've done my job in this thread though. We have people thinking. People just run with lies like they are facts and expect everybody to hop on the bandwagon.

Nikka that ain't going to happen.
