a goalie can score goals and get assists if they want, they are not artificially removed from playing offense

if anyone cares more about entertainment than the actual game being played, I sincerely wish they choke on popcorn.

ok but that's really more about the differences between the two games. goalies aren't forced to try and score on offense either. they're on the field to do their own thing.
