On the other hand black own labels didn't do it so what's that say about them?

To be fair a lot of African countries are still voluntarily part of the commonwealth.i.e. They’ve been culturally intertwined for centuries so those gifs are weak. People still give their kids the same names as kids of that family and shyt. And universal is owned by multinational French company whose owners mostly are global asset managers which manage for example your pension.

Why would anyone be mad at an international player giving people access to the whole world as they’ve done for genres in Europe, The US and Latin America :why:. No don’t let the Africans eat like our artists!!:dahell:

Many are actually eating well just off their own countries markets compared to their peers overseas.

Posters ITT complaining about American major labels signing African talent, knowing damn well they ain't ever listened to African music before the Black Panther soundtrack.

:mjlol:

:laff: if this ain't the truth. On top of that, what American Black owned labels have shown the same active interest in this kind of music?

African producers would be a much smarter investment to permeate Western markets than the vocalist.
