Top 5 job easy! They need to stop hiring bum coaches. That's the problem. Simple solution. Don't hire A BUM COACH! City of Miami stays putting top NFL talent in the league. Right now that talent prefers to go elsewhere. Hire a good coach, watch that talent stay in Miami .

I don't why people are dikk riding this. Winning games=Getting more money=which equals better facilities and perks. The way these fools tell it, it's like the workout there and it's comparable to a Community Rec center.All we need is a competent coach. Then you will not hear about some facilities. Alabama was washed before Saban. Clemson was nothing until Dabo. FSU was trash like Miami until Jimbo took over. Never heard about USC or USCeast
in the 90s until Pete and Stevie. Never seen any of these schools facilities

The Canes used to be a religion in Miami. Miami's best players in the past were essentially demigods down there. They did whatever they wanted to and got away with it too.
Miami offers the best location to any aspiring college athlete. Worldclass nightlife, celebrity culture, vice and excess, weather, beach... Miami is a dream to many of these kids.
Couple that with the talent pool down there and theres no reason Miami isnt a powerhouse year in and year out.
I dont know, seems like the school wants to change its image and move away from football. Its a good academic school

If college kids cared about location USC, UCLA and Miami would dominate recruiting.
A college campus is a college campus for the most part and you don venture out from it on most occasions. Why? Because you are to broke to go somewhere and pay parking...to broke to go somewhere and pay a high cover at the club.
