everyone is still gonna get hand me downs....top notch talent is going for SEC teams...the teams that are gonna eat are actually Michigan, Michigan st, and OSU...you know our actual rivals

If you look at MD (and UVA) offers over the last few years, you'd see that those schools often compete with Penn State for recruits, especially those in South Jersey and the DMV.

Off the top of my head, I know we (UVA) lost close battles for Donovan Smith, Brent Wilkerson, and Hackenburg to Penn State.

Exactly dude doesn't know what he's talking about. The DMV has alot of talent that chose to goto Penn State and I know of players who the only teams that were recruiting them were Rutgers, Penn State, UMD and not Michigan, OSU and the such. Penn State had a stronghold in this area and with them gone it makes it wide open.
