That's the thing, most of these were exclusive to college when it comes to his effort.

He's explosive in space, the narrative that he's not an elite athlete is played out too. He was legitimately playing injured for a period at Washington, it's not an excuse.

I'll give you 1 and 4 though, he doesn't look for contact/get to the line.

Breh they lost Andrew Andrews, Dejounte and Chriss the year before Fultz came, he had no good upperclassmen with him and had Romar as a coach.

If Fultz had a class coming in with him like MPJ was going to at Washington things would have been much different. That is literally the one time Romar had a good supporting cast coming in and they fired him.

I think it was a combination of better coaching, more experience for guys like Crisp and Thybulle, and the addition of Nowell was nice. Hopkins is getting more out of everyone in general.

I do think Fultz should have helped them win more games but that was a garbage team all around, made Ben's LSU squad look stacked in comparison.

Romar was winning atleast 16 games every year. It dipped down to 9 when he had Fultz. They won 2 conference games. That's crazy.. Can you honestly say that UW team would only win 2 conference games if they had a Tatum, Dennis Smith, Lonzo, Fox -- in replace of Fultz? I think any of them help UW win more than 2 games.. But I hope im wrong about him - bc Philly passed up the opportunity to get 2 really good players- just for the rights to Fultz
