I read the instructions years ago when I was a kid and the shyt said you draw 4 and your turn is skipped. That's how we've always played.

second.. we used to stack draw2 on draw 4s... when said player dropped his draw 4 he/she would name a color ... if I had a draw 2 with that color ... we stacking....

UNO is a childhood staple in America. And if you're black you definitely know about playing by your own rules. I remember being a a festival and playing with some white people. They ain't no shyt about the black rules like number train or reversing a draw card or skipping a draw card.
