IT (2017) was incredibly lame and certainly wasn’t worth the box office explosion. Muschietti is a horror hack who made Pennywise goofy as hell and never truly as intimidating as portrayed in the novel. Fukunaga’s script was off-the-wall but fukk, I would’ve loved to have seen his adaptation instead.

Ang Lee's Hulk was not only a top 5 Marvel movie, but Eric Bana's performance as Bruce Banner was the best portrayal of the character.

Glad I’m not alone on this one. Hulk (2003) was ahead of its time. Its definitely sloppy at parts but the film actually dug deep into the character of Bruce Banner and I don’t think folks were ready for an auteur take then.

Had to fight my urge to neg you. I hate that movie with a passion. What’s funny is that the perception of this movie has done a 180. When I watched the movie in theaters, I was one of the only people like . Then slowly it seemed like everyone started to come my way. I just got into an argument about it last week

me in the theater the whole time. It has MASSIVE flaws but the good just overshadows in the bad, i gotta give the slight nod to it vs. TDK

Yeah that Ang Lee Hulk is not mentioned too often. I remember first watching it like wtf is this shyt lol. I liked it more 2nd and 3rd time around, still a good action sequence with the escape and chase scenes. Just a strange climax and overall tone turned people off. Lee was on to something which Zack Snyder somewhat emulated imo.

I think it's the last Marvel movie to take chances with story and filmmaking. It was a failed experiment, so I think the powers that be took a more conservative approach to the next movie.
