Surely you can see how most young people would not be able to support themselves one year out of collegeThis should be a popular opinion. I'm struggling to see whats unpopular about it. I was good by 23.

Not just cacs either tbh.Not an unpopular opinion, but I will say this — you’d be surprised by how many cacs still get significant help from their families on the dl regardless of age. I’m all for giving people grace as long as they’re putting in the work
Studios almost $3000 in my building.I moved out at 24 and never went back
But that was 20+ years ago ,rent way higher now compared to when I moved out
Studios were 500-600, 1bd 650-800, 2bd 850-1100
Studios & 1bd are 1000-1250 these days![]()
What you are saying is spot on about the banks buying up all the residential properties. Theyre not going to slow down. Look for them to attempt to buy you out too. In this day and age I'd be weary of starting a family not unless I was a multi millionaire.I'm older than many of you. I went to college and only had to pay back a few thousand dollars in loans. I paid 350 dollars rent for my 1st apartment. My entry level jobs paid more adjusting for inflation. I got my first house at 28 and I paid 95k. It was kind of a dump but I sold it at profit once I moved out 7 years later. My path was not easy but it was doable.
I can only speak to the tri state but the banks are buying up all the empty houses to either tear down and build luxury apartments or rent them so people stay permanent tenants.
I own some minor rental properties and I am among last of the little guys.
I have no idea what this country is going to look like once Trump leaves.
Same here, b.This should be a popular opinion. I'm struggling to see whats unpopular about it. I was good by 23.
