I don’t think it’s that unpopular to say that. Wayne’s music was a pivotal moment in my teenage years and I’ll be honest he didn’t inspire me to sip lean Gucci Mane did that but he did influence me to eat p*ssy. I know how to do it and I see the appeal but that’s not something I do in fact I haven’t since early Covid 2020 round this time of year

If this was a celebration of New Orleans, he should be there.

But if it's just a basic performance that HAPPENS to be in New Orleans then, ehh.
Plenty of famous singer and jazz musicians from NO as well. Hell, Juvenile Tiny Desk was a major hit.

Kendrick is a good dude tho and will probably bring Wayne out.


Were any of the halftime shows a celebration of the host city? They’ve always been a “just a performance”, which is why this fake controversy is goofy to me.

Shouldn't even be a controversial take. Even if he had the relevant hits that haven't horribly, he's a terrible performer now
