I see a quite a few people don't know what "typecast" means in here....

None of his last 5 films had the same "type" of character at all.

Samuel L Jackson is a great ctor but the majority of his films are him doing a variation of Jewels from Pulp Fiction and an excuse for him to say muthafukka. Ya'll can't be serious with these post.

Denzel is dope but I hate most of his roles.....he almost got that Will Smith thing going on where in almost every one of his roles it just seems like....Denzel lol

Other than like Training Day and a few others I never buy that he's not Denzel

You gotta check out Roman J Israel Esq. I use to think the same thing about Denzel but that movie changed my mind.

I don't know if Denzel Washington could play in a movie where he was not the lead character. Most movies that Sam Jackson is in he is not the lead character.
