shyt was one of the stupidest gimmicks ever...i remember watching wwf superstars or wrestling challenge and he would come out and completely decimated the heel like nobody's business..and bam nothing
because he wasn't on the juice haha....hogan had to "lay low" even after the trial was done before he went back on it eventually..hogan wasn't a fool..he wasn't going pull a work on a gotdamn federal case lolHogan looked so weird fron 93-96

He was not. Don't let those couple of matches where he did the spinning drop to hold and cross arm breaker fool you. He was doing that shyt and much more in the early 80s and even into the early Hulkamania period while being much bigger. His last couple of WWF matches and almost everything he did in the first 2 years of WCW were dogshyt outside of matches with Flair and TV matches with Lex/Sting on Nitro. Maybe you could stretch it out to a Macho tag or two where Macho did all the work.
