We already had PE, BDP, X-Clan, Paris(First album only) for that and not to mention Brand Nubian and PRT and they weren't getting played on Black Radio because they were considered too threatening, especially PE. As stated earlier, Arrested Development came out a good two years after the pro-black sound was out of style. The Summer of 92 was a transitional period for hip-hop at that point.

when I found out they produced hits for The Backstreet Boys. I think they still produce to this day too.
