Ever since they let these folks out the house it's been gta5 on the road.

If you're in la county the insurance scams people are trying to do alone is going to put you in line for a collision . People in hoopties just trying to get checks and people high as a kite on their devices while driving ready to rekt somebody.

I imagine the amount of Bicycle-related deaths has jumped way more than 7%. Bike Lanes right beside cars going 45+mph is ridiculous without hard barriers/dividers like in NYC.

The laws in most states that mandate bicycles ride on the road is even dumber which slows the lanes down to a halt and has drivers merging into the left lane with drivers going beyond the speed limit, if not into oncoming traffic to pass. They should be adding another 3 feet on the sidewalk for dedicated lanes.

A lot of people don’t know how to drive, meaning not knowing the rules of the road. Cats not using turn signals, messing up the flow of traffic by clogging the "fast" lane on freeways.

People should have to re-take the road test every 2-3 years. And if you fail it, you get a penalty of 30 days before you can reapply to take the exam again.

I'd like to see the numbers in just Atlanta. You have to drive 85 mph just to keep up with the traffic on 285/85/75 and people pass you going 100+ all day every day.

Definitely completely different these days than just 10 years ago.

Nah people know but it’s similar to having a gun they feel empowered

Just like a mf wouldn’t walk all on a nikka back don’t drive on somebody bumper.

Just the same you have people that do 45-50 and bunched up in the slow lane and won’t create space for people to exit on or off. Not saying you but people also assume that just because they are in the slow lane they aren’t bothering anyone and can do what they want also.

What then happens is that the slow drivers, who don't want to be inconvenienced in making space for drivers coming off of the exit ramp, will crowd the middle lane, inconveniencing everyone else, causing slower traffic, and pushing the middle lane cars into the fast slane. Then you got the actual fast cars swerving in and out of lanes trying to get ahead of them both, in most cases, trying to get over to the slow lane because its empty. The slow lane has now become the passing lane.

Everything is so backwards now.

Don't want to sound like a c00n but brehs out in PG county are the worst. Dudes be in old ass whips speeding and weaving through lanes like it's Nascar. It's literally cultural. When I lived in Montgomery county I didn't see things like this. In Prince George's though..... Sheesh. Between that and the dirt bike boys on wheelies.... It's just plain ignorant. In DC the amount of traffic deaths or accidents in SE across the Anacostia is way higher statistically. Just pisses me off.
I was out around that way a few weeks ago and I was scared af on those roads. Ppl doing 80+ on 50mph roads, why?

The conspiracy theorist in me thinks it's partly by design as part of the population control and to keep us sick & injured.

I drove trucks for a few years back in the day and it wasn't until then that I really noticed how narrow each individual lane is. The lanes we drive in are incredibly too narrow...you barely have "wiggle" room so to speak. Coming down 85 into Atlanta is crazy with how close everybody is to each other. Some of these 2 lane roads are literal death traps. You pass by another vehicle with barely 6-8 inches between you.

Also, what would frustrate me the most was noticing the INTENTIONAL reduction of the number of lanes when you're barely out of a major city. Like, you'll go from 4 lanes to 2 lanes instantly and you're barely be out of a major city causing that bottleneck effect which causes more impatients and people having to go around slow cars. I'm like whyyyyy reduce the lanes this soon?????

If you really notice things, there's absolutely NO REASON for only 2 lanes damn near anywhere. All interstates should be atleast 3 lanes all the way between major cities. There's no reason in my mind why atleast a 3rd lane cant be built.

Also I never really noticed how small the side mirrors on normal cars are until I started driving trucks. I got so used to the big side mirrors on the 18wheeler that when I would drive my normal car It became apparent to me how small they were on normal cars. I would literally have to turn my entire body and look back to switch lanes instead of relying on my small side mirror.

I see why some people buy those side mirror extensions.
