Update! Forza 5 to include atmospheric effects(Rain,fog,etc)

The tracks (which include the Prague circuit) are equally easy on the eye; buildings are built of a wider variety of materials, atmospheric effects such as fog and rain are more prevalent, the crowd headcount has swelled to 400,000, and the road surface has been laser-scanned for utmost fidelity. Be sure to plug in some speakers, too, as the audio's now generated moment-to-moment from a vast toybox of effects (including abstract touches like lion roars) in order to better reflect the mood.

Looks like a nice little update! So for all those who complained about lack of weather, you know who you are
It does not have night time driving but will have different times of the day lighting such as dusk and high noon day cycles.

Now here comes the DriveClub supporters claiming that inferior game is at the same level as the Godly Forza 5! The truth is the game has horrible frame rates, god awful pop in and horrible antialiasing.

What do "atmospheric effects" mean? Rain effects like the street is wet when you start to race or full on raining? I will hold out judgement until I find out what "atmospheric effects" mean as far as this article goes.
