during the boss of all bosses run he was bigger then stack ever been.
no he wasn’t, mob alone was bigger than anything Vado dropped, and we ain’t even counting the other byrdgang collab gg tapes and his own personal catalogue, Vado was buzzing his heaviest before he got rocked by Khaled a few years after those boab tapes dropped.

Yes.

You wrote a whole essay trying to discredit this mans career but don't even know the full history.

I didn't discredit stack.

and I don't need to know his full history to know that he didn't have IT to be a solo star.

BOAB was bigger.

and they had a real hit with "speaking in tongues".

now you can argue that vado benefited by coming thru in a weaker era, but to outright say that stack had a bigger buzz than vado is crazy.

what classified that song as a hit? And boab wasn’t bigger than mob where I’m from :manny:

let me rephrase that.
I really meant to say that BOAB2 had a lil more reach. but even with that, im not sure. i'll just wave the white flag on that one...….BUT either way, stack was the 3rd wheel on that tape. it aint like the BOAB series where vado is doing most of the rapping.

and yea, speaking in tongues was definitely hit. I don't know how it did on billboard, but that song was poppin.

rocafella dudes were getting paid that too, that's probably where he learned it. jimmy paid his dues and probably thought that everyone should :yeshrug:
Jim always felt that way. When meek was waking about getting a deal off his hype when he was young, Jim jones looked irritated and told him “you get what negotiate, not what you worth:unimpressed:

Stack was a star. He managed to always stand out amongst whoever he was around in the same way Jim always stood out. I won’t say Alist rap star but he could’ve carved a nice lil niche out. For someone to be a star nikkas gotta feel like you a thorough nikka, and girls wanna fukk him he had both.

Side note: (Y’all wildin mentioning Vado goofy looking ass. That’s someone who was never gonna pop. He got that “I’m tryna look cool in my big cousin clothes” swag.
Vado was flyer than Stack :dame:

this is video of Nicki Minaj meeting and rapping for stack bundles. If stack was trash, why would She be rapping and trying to be down with stack. They where on the same trajectory and so imagine if he was still alive. He was the hottest up and comer on the east coast at the time. There has not been anyone on his level from nyc rapping wise to come out since he died. Look how far Chinx took it before he died, not even at his peak. And stack put him on as a little homie. He was gonna make it big,Its sad the way he went out.

nicki was simply just starting out. they never had the same trajectory.

the bar was way lower when chinx was poppin in NY, and chinx was local as f*ck.

Nicki was rapping for somebody that was bigger than her as she was trying to come up. And sorry to break it to you, but Chinx was nobody outside nyc

Who would you compare his potential to?:patrice:
I think he could’ve been a mid level type nikka Maybe first album meek depending on the music. Remember how meek was fukking the gram up with the motivation only shyt. I could see Stack giving us that energy. And honestly it’s a lotta nikkas that’s relevant off Instagram.

But he was under Jim so he might’ve not did shyt on that music shyt who knows.
