This fukking cacs trying to pull a number on me !!!

I went in for a free consultation, some uppity dentist spot to potentially get some braces (western dental is like a fukking sweatshop ) . I'm considered a out of towner cuz I go to the near by university. Anyways I come in, this guy got pictures of his family everywhere smiling with perfect teeth. I'm like ok ,homie stunting wife look cool . He even got a Xbox in the lobby, but I didn't play cuz the receptionist was lightweight choosin ( I was giving her the closed mouth smile the whole time ).

Fast forward. They call me to the back ND ask some questions. Then they had me posing showing off my fukked up grill. . bytch gonna say , I'm surprised your parents didn't get you braces earlier. I'm hit her with they both died when I was in high school .


Fast forward . The fukking head hancho walks in leans my seat back for 30 secs and starts talking that dentist lingo while she takes notes .

So they talk numbers with me ,I don't commit since I got to go to another dentist to get my teeth cleaned before I can do anything .

So the day comes to where I got my shyt clean, my insurance checked through and I go up there .

They gonna hit me with they need 1200 upfront . I'm slapping my pockets like I don't got that right now .They just looking at me like we'll we can't do nothing. I'm looking at her like you could of been said this.

I leave,some time passes& I go back home for the summer.

I come back check the mail and POW they tryin to charge me 500+ for their services .I went through k-12 without showing my teeth on picture day I BE DAMMED if I'ma pay 500 for some pictures I didn't want.

Worst comes to worst I'ma let that shyt go to collections, but I'ma try and muscle this dentist first .

I NEED SOME LEGAL THREATS I CAN SPEW ON THESE CACS . So if I do some shyt they can't use that against me .I Want to do it person so he can feel the pressure. But I know he knows some lawyers so I gotta play my cards right .I'm graduating in 4 months so I can maneuver this correctly. Cuz if I gotta pay for this shyt , somethings coming out his pockets too.

Just tell them to bring down the cost on those pictures since youll be returning as a customer. You werent told the price ahead of time an its more then you can afford. Why send you to collections if they could do right by you up front and get a return customer who will spend more money. First you need to figure out how much you wanted to pay for the photos and ask them for that price. If they tell you fukk you thats our price and we dont care if you come back,

First you need all the paperwork you signed. I suggest you read the fine print and call the dentist office and ask them to go over everything the "free consultation" covers.
It's probably some bullshyt anyways, like the photos, if that's the case then you have to prove that you never gave written consent to whatever the expenses were, which you may or may not have agreed to in the contract. If the latter is true then you could threaten to sue, if you have evidence that they legally scammed you, of course. If you know what you're talking about then they'll probably back off without any legal issues.
Anyways, we can't say shyt unless we have the contract that you signed.
