Name change:

We are no longer Jamaican Foundational Black Americans, we are now CARIBBEAN Foundational Black Americans.

This change has been introduced so as to not exclude others who are also foundational to Black America.. such as the likes of a Sidney Poitier- our Bahamaian brother loved by Americans from coast to coast- a source of pride that gave Black Americans something to look to with hope and pride since the 1940s.

Truly, a foundational Black American.

A CARIBBEAN FOUNDATIONAL BLACK AMERICAN :obama:

Until Black people become one indivisible group worldwide we will not gain power
We are already a race... One that faces racial discrimination. No need to forge more categories. Already have a common goal and enemies.

The focus you want only comes from understanding that. Everyone else does. They do what's best for them individually still competitively and form like Voltron when appropriate.

We got people still amongst us who think you can build a fence that doesn't link or connect. To keep anything in or out. I'm not here to teach common sense. You either have it or don't.

It was Caribbean Foundational Black Americans who influenced Martin to travel to the only place a Black man can feel human- the islands :blessed: #CFBA introduced Martin to something he never tasted- REAL true ‘freedom’ :blessed:
