Coli Militants told me that the media had already decided on giving it to Jokic before the season started
Coli Militants told me that the media are ignoring voter fatigue in favor of Jokic
Coli Militants told me that it was some great injustice that the MVP race was already over.

Y'all militants needn't cry anymore over strawmen.

The fickle ass media is showing y'all exactly who they are - changing their minds at a drop of a dime, riding whatever narrative is hot at any given time. Not loyal to anyone or any one narrative.

Still a 3 man race or has either Giannis/Jokic fallen off too far?

I have no dog in this fight :hubie:
All jokes aside - it should be between Embiid and Jokic.

The two best performers over the course of the entire season, carrying their teams. Giannis' team is 11-6* without him and he hasn't been as consistent. As long as the player who wins it is most-deserving on their own merits, that's all that should matter.

Nobody should be complaining about their guy not winning it or how their guy from years ago didn't win it all because someone won it this season.

Tobias bum ass is 1/4 of our entire team payroll

Embiid should get points for carrying him. I'd take MagaPorter with a Backiotomy or Aaron gordon over him.

There are 7 players on the bucks I'd take over him. no exaggeration

Embiid finally maturing. Some players reach their peak around his age but he had me worried like a bytch earlier in the season. To the point I wanted to trade his ass with the pouting etc..

Joel should be getting his 2nd MVP this season :francis:
The top-3 MVP candidates last season:

Embiid's record: 45-23
Giannis's record: 45-22
Jokic's record: 46-28

Sixers record without Embiid: 6-8
Bucks record without Giannis: 6-9
Nuggets record without Jokic: 2-6.

Jokic played in more wins than both Embiid and Giannis, and his team had a worse record without him than the Bucks and 76ers did without Embiid and Giannis, that's why this "6th seed" bullshyt you're hanging onto has no relevance here. If Embiid and Giannis were on teams with superior records and were the #1 seed in their conference, only then would their arguments carry more weight.

The added context here is that Jokic played without his #2 and #3 options all season.

Jokic played in more wins and did it with less help. That's why it was determined he deserved MVP.
