The Sheriff's Office also says this of the alleged victim ... he apparently has an underlying medical condition that might've affected his behavior that day, and the authorities are working to get him the help he needs, while trying to keep him out of the criminal justice system.

It wouldn't be a waste. And I'm not advocating for him to be physically harmed. Some bullets and slugs through his windows and walls would allow him to understand how much he fukked up.

He wants to bully and terrorize people, probably based on their race or ethnicity and those people forever have to live life looking over their shoulders, walking on eggshells, and even when feel comfortable never really feeling 100 safe and secure. Well he will feel just like those people. And he should be made to feel like those people. He should genuinely have to feel fear and be concerned for the potential safety and well-being of himself and his family.
