He is about to get his ass whooped then
I hate all you Brady-hating non-lawyers commentating. The general consensus which I told you about months back is that the NFL would got MOPPED up in court with this level of evidence. Do you guys only read Patriot-hating articles? Literally every attorney with a modicum of intelligence has said Brady has the winning case and every commentator worth a damn has turned on the NFL. Even players like Champ Bailey and freaking Jets have defended Brady. If you think Brady missing time is legitimate in anyway, you have not actually read the Wells Report or it's rebuttal or you're a Pats hater. There is no middle ground at this point. Quote this post when Brady suits up for game 1 in September. As a matter of fact, if Brady serves this suspension ban me from this forum for the first month of the NFL season. This is an open and shut case of NFL nonsense :laff:. @Brooklynzson I just @ you so it's official.

:whoa: Bro...I don't think you will win this.

The fact the NLFPA tried to reach a settlement agreement with Goodell shows me they may not think all of their chips are good on Brady playing week 1 or week 2.

They tried because they wanted the NFL to back down.

Ray Rice and Adrian Peterson both won their cases against the NFL last season.

Good. It's not about comparing the morality of cheating vs. hitting women. Football is still a sport, and its rules are meant to uphold the integrity of the game. So yes, within the realm of sports, violating the integrity of the game (then lying about it) can get you the same punishment (or worse) as committing a moral violation like domestic abuse. So enough with that "oh so deflating is worse than hitting a girl huh" stop being intentionally obtuse. Brady cheated the game, lied about it, and likely has been doing so for years. He needs to sit his ass down, and won't win a lawsuit either. I hate Roger but obviously he ain't scared.

Lets be real you just want the steelers to start 1 and 0 :mjlol:

no, no he didnt.

He hasnt learned anything in his near decade as commissioner:heh:

I think after the cluster fukk of a PR disaster the NFL faced last year with Rice, Peterson, and marijuana rules Goodell has done more to cover himself and the NFL

I can't recall a time as commissioner he faced so much shyt for fumbling calls after last year.

the NFL rule doesnt stand in the court of law.

Goodell will probably lose (again).
