I think HHH/Bryan or possibly HHH/Show at WM will be the natural conclusion to this whole thing but I'm not so sure about where that puts the title. It seems weird to give HHH any type of title run at this point (even if it's transitional) but I really can't see Orton holding it until WM and who would he face? Punk?

They need to just do a Orton/Cena unification match. Two belts has always been silly but even more so now since the brand split doesn't exist.

No surprise here, HBGOAT only wrestles stars, he is after all an A+ player, he is coming back for a mania check, main event or co-main event.

Yesterday, a 3 hour meeting was held on this very issue- Who should Shawn wrestle at Wrestlemania?

Plenty of names were brought up. Gewirtz mentioned Dwayne, Vince wanted Austin. For a moment, I thought we should just give the fans what they wanted to see and thats Shawn vs Taker 3

But then Steph pointed out something which none of us thought of. She said that me and Shawn never had a 1 on 1 match at Wrestlemania before.

I swear the moment she said that our jaws dropped. The whole atmosphere of the room changed. Gerwitz was astonished that he didnt think of that, while Vince had that smile on his face when he knows something has money written all over it.

There is real excitement around the headquarters right now and everyone is convinced that this is the right move.

Eh, not surprised. But after the reaction they got on Monday from their segment, I wouldn't be shocked if Vince/HHH try to lure Michaels for 1 more match but even if that's the case, it seems Shawn just doesn't care about wrestling again (there's nothing wrong with that btw).

It's just funny that they booked that finish knowing that the most they could do was Michales getting YES locked

Honestly, it's more of banking off that sudden hype D-Bry had. That boy good, but IF they went ahead and strapped him up for the belt at this time, there was a risk of that shyt being Y2J status.

As of now, CM Punk needs to be taking on the Corp-thority. They wanna bait us with someone putting a stop to them, and they don't want it to be D-Bry, fine. Just stop putting him in that situation. shyt's just tired. If the same thing happens with Big Show and we get the same outcome, then it's goodbye to watchable E programming till the Rumble.

Not sure how that would work though, he just...inserts himself into the Chamber match? I don't know it all depends on how much HHH would want to wrestle next year. They might just do a Rock type title run(earlier this year) for him except as a heel.

Meh, far to early care. I doubt Michaels is wrestling anybody tbh. Plus we'll have to wait and see how his and punks feud with Hillbilly Raven's Flock turns out before the mania hype starts.

Since the show, a few of Michaels' friends have said that Michaels has stated of late to them that he is not going to wrestle again and has no interest in it. He's actually very adamant about it. At the shows this week, when asked, Michaels was also answering questions and saying the same thing. Michaels did say that he was given a storyline to be a regular television character for a while going forward.

Those who have been around for a long-time don't believe him and think he will wrestle Bryan at WrestleMania, and those people are right more than they are wrong. Time will tell.

Look at the names that were brought for HBK to wrestle. Austin , Dwayne and Taker. If I coming out of retirement it's for an A+ star, who get me the biggest bonus check, end Takers streak or wrestle a sickly Austin or wrestle Rock which be a cool million plus for one nights work, I'm taking a million for the match that would crash the internet. The smarks and regular fans would go crazy for that match, plus if wrestled DB that match would not close the show . HBK only headlines and closes shows.

Hell yeah.

That's right up there with Austin v. Punk for me as probably the two must see matches for me. Punk v. Austin probably does more money, but HBK vs. DBry would be the better match.

If heel HBK is going to become a regular character I guess I'm watching every Monday night again. As much as I want to see HBK wrestle one more match, I like that my favorite wrestler is the one that actually stayed retired, only time will tell.
