A digital fingerprint system isn't gonna resolve Facebook's issues. Maybe Pornhub but Facebook will require human moderation on a level that's impractical. There's nothing Facebook can do except rely on the community to do some of the moderation or at least report stuff.

Now that I think about it, Xvideos nor Xhamster ain't too safe either as they both ran into issues as well.
