At the end of the day, I don't think it will ever go back to the way it was, as really the reset was intentional on the part of Pornhub, a lot great content was being posted for free, a lot of the people are coming back but now you have to pay for it through onlyfans for clips4sale etc or PHs paid channels.

what you doing in here brother?:lolbron:

I wonder if this is being done to drive people towards Crypto currency. I get kind of suspicious when people act as though this is a victory when common sense should tell them that more people will start using the backdoor.

Makes me wonder if they're doing it to flood certain channels so that the Epsteins of the world can merge with the crowd.
No can't we stop minting conspiracies? shyt is out of control. They went after the business partners of these sites that's why this is happening.

No.... :gucci:

Why are there are always people who try and dismiss basic considerations as "hur dur, it is a conspiracy theory".

These moves will obviously drive people towards crypto currency and VPNs. I'd expect people in a position of power and influence to understand this. Because I have that expectation, I have to question their motives.

Acting like we don't live in a corrupt world and that decisions should be taken at face value.

because people start saying everything was planned and designed

this porn hub fiasco was not planned to drive crypto value

the point.

that is what I'm speaking on. the constant modern inclination to keep churning out conspiracies about every thing that happens. some things are reactionary. they tried to go after porn sites for years. once they started exposing their business partners to scrutiny shyt came down hard. now master card is on their PR shyt and that turns into this was all a grand scheme to push bitcon.... :dahell:

this needs to stop. it's a sickness

Here's What the New Mastercard Rules Mean for Adult Sites, Producers
How Different Sectors Will Be Affected: A Breakdown

Segpay’s Cathy Beardsley broke down how the new requirements, as she understands them, will affect different sectors:

Tubesites (e.g., Pornhub, XVideos) and Fan Sites (e.g., OnlyFans, JustFor.fans, FanCentro)

  • Enter into a written agreement with any individual that is contributing content to the website. This includes the individual’s consent, their identity and age
  • All persons depicted in the content must give consent for the content to be distributed and downloaded
  • Age and identity of all persons depicted is required
  • Only verified users can be permitted to upload content
  • All content must be reviewed prior to publication, or real-time if it’s livestreamed, and no content can violate the Card Brand BRAM (Business Risk Assessment and Mitigation) policies
  • Website must have a complaint process for reporting, review and removal of violating content
  • Have policies in place to make sure that the website cannot be used for human trafficking
  • Provide monthly reports to acquirer of flagged content and what was taken down
  • No search terms or marketing partners give the illusion that the content they are marketing will contain child exploitation materials or depictions of non-consensual activity

new mastercard rules for tubes, VOD and onyfans
goes into effect Oct 2021

1. The Merchant must enter into a written agreement with each content provider and such written agreement must:
a. Specifically prohibit any activity that is illegal or otherwise violates the Standards
b. Require the content provider to obtain and keep on record written consent from all persons depicted in the content specific to the following areas:
• Consent to be depicted in the content
• Consent to allow for the public distribution of the content and to upload the content to the Merchant’s website
• If the content will be made available for downloading by other users, consent to have the content downloaded
c. Require the content provider to verify the identity and age of all persons depicted in content to ensure that all persons depicted are adults and to be able to provide supporting documents upon request.

2. The Merchant must only permit content uploads from verified content providers and must have a robust process for verifying the age and identity of the content provider, which includes the review and validation of a government-issued identification and steps to ensure that the government identification is in the possession of, and belongs to, the content provider. The use of a third-party vendor that specializes in the validation of government identifications is recommended.

3. All uploaded content must be reviewed prior to publication to ensure that the content is not illegal and does not otherwise violate the Standards.

4. If providing real-time or live video streaming services, the Merchant must operate on a platform that the Merchant is able to fully control and that allows for real-time monitoring and the removal of the content being streamed.
