WWE is a publiclly traded company, they have a legit board and if they didn't they would be fukked up legally.
Vince is the CEO and Chairman of his company just like Warren Buffet is the Chairman, CEO, and Owner of his.
There is no difference in that regard.
Fact of the matter is time has flew by and Vince is playing by a gameplan that worked for him in 1979.
