They congregate on alternative social media which allows their hate speech and extremism.
They rarely frequent the large social media sites (reddit, facebook, instagram, youtube etc.)
and when they do, it's for recruitment.

Because they're on platforms which aren't "mainstream" a lot of people have no idea what's brewing under the surface.
