They clearly aren't afraid of the cops. That being said at this point anything they do will be used by the Democrats to fukk them. I'm sure a call has been made to Trump to tone down the language or Congress will investigate and impreach him (this can happen after he leaves office) Maybe the GOP will never vote to impeach but the Dems can investigate the shyt out of him and he'd have to spend money defending himself. States like New York can go after him too and the GOP can't save him. Besides after this Mitch has to bush Trump he will destory the party for a generation. Trump would have no problem trying to get GOP folks primaried and that making several races swing the Democrats way.
