Of course views is still doing well, it literally was released to TIDAL, Spotify, etc. just two weeks ago. There are people who just started listening to it two weeks ago. Also, it has Controlla and One Dance, those two records will keep him up high for a long time. When that fades, the Rihanna record will takeover.
