I work for a bank fully remote when I apply for jobs or talk to people throughout the company they don't know what I look like. Now if you work in office then that's something different so your right on that point

I’ve never encounter anyone who worked remotely who was able to hide their appearance. You can not tell me you work in an environment where you are able to hide your physical appearance from your coworkers and managers. Like I said HR already knows you’re black and when you are going for internal promotions, they will know you’re black when they interview you. I don’t know what point you trying to make by making that ludicrous post. I can’t imagine a working professional just sitting there with the cameras off in virtual meetings especially with coworkers outside of your team or with intimate meetings with executives.
