Tell me family, I hear nothing but horrible shyt about Ground, Express isn't much better except the benefits.

But now they merging into FedEx One, they removed premium pay, they not really hiring FTs no more, these bytch azz pilots striking again.

Unfortunately that's the truth from what I hear from guys still working there, very miserable working conditions. I had a good run and filed my paperwork 9 years ago. Haven't had to work since. My pension and 401k was sold to two mutual fund companies and then FedEx bought me a lifetime annuity with a giant rock solid insurance company in NYC.
For almost 28 years I had to deal with blizzards in Conn and tropical storms in S. Florida. Paid my dues. Made some stacks when UPS Teamsters went on strike back in 97.

It's wild that there was actually push back on that. Especially when you realize they've been out in this heat wave. I've been telling people we gotta get these unions back so they can get some of these corporations to the table for better work conditions

Only bummer is it's only for the new trucks

Places down south in smaller rural areas are still gonna be stuck with the old ones
