gatorade, pedialyte, liquid IV is better than straight water when being active in heat, that being said I would drink a large water bottle like they did in that movie with Jamie Foxx based of Iraq or Desert Storm

I used to be mad as fukk when DI's made us recruits drink 5-6 full canteens of water on Heat Cat-4/5 days during Boot Camp.

None of us were heat casualties.
