so glad I don't live in the south or southwest. it's around 90 all week here during the day, but not nearly as oppressive as I seen in places like texas and florida.

Two days of 40°C (104°F) in London with no AC and I was done can’t imagine having 90 every week for months like some of these US states. If I lived in the US I would stay up West (Bay Area) or move up North

Not just water. Please start taking more Electrolytes. They are responsible for electrical impulses in your body, hydrate your body, and regulate nerve and muscle function
